Getting there
Sail from the northeastern docks in Pangzhen. The White Serpent House sits on an island at the eastern end of the lake, and the dock bell is the first thing you reach.
From the dock:
- Enter the small building on your right for the Treasure Basin.
- Squeeze round the back of that building for a Sha-Chi Amber Fragment.
- Head upstairs and across the wooden bridge on the right for a Memory Flower.
- Come back over the bridge and enter the large building — that is the White Serpent House bell, and a Memory Flower sits with it.
- The door you want is in that same room.
Moves and how to answer them
- 01
Backflip Red Flash Attack
How to answer: He backflips away from you and comes down with a red-flash slash. The jump is not the cue — the flash is. Hold guard through his swings, then dodge late enough to land the Ghoststep counter it opens.

- 02
Swift Left-Hand Red Flash Pierce
How to answer: A short thrust off his left hand, flashed red. It is the fastest of his combo enders — holding guard will not save you, so read the flash and dodge on it rather than after it.

- 03
Sha-Chi Draining Jump Kick into a Blue Flash Spin
How to answer: This is his most lethal sequence: the jump kick drains your Sha-Chi, and the spin that follows it is a blue flash. Dodge the kick; if you miss that window, parry the spin rather than absorbing both.

How to fight him
Nearly all of Heartpiercer’s melee and ranged attacks are blockable. That is the whole shape of this fight: hold guard, wait out the combo, and only move when a flash shows up.
The cue is never the wind-up — it is the end of the string. Everything he throws in the middle of a combo is guardable; the hits that beat a held guard come last. So the habit worth breaking is dodging early: keep the guard up through the swings, and only commit when the red or blue actually shows.
He is also a fight you win without giving ground. Guarding his swings and weaving hits into the gaps is what drains his Sha-Chi, and it leaves you standing beside him when the stagger lands.
Rewards
Sundering Dual Axes — a dual-wield weapon. After the fight, enter the building ahead of the arena: Serpent’s Memory is on the right, provided you have collected the fragments from the other Serpent Houses.
The kill also counts toward Three Wardens Fall (3 of 3), the last of the three Elite Shadow Warden fights in the campaign.
